Covid Policy & Procedures

Please note our policy has recently been updated, we understand that you may need to reschedule or cancel your booking given the restrictions that may still stand at the time of your booking. Please see below our COVID Procedures and Policies currently in place to consider before booking:

  • Please arrive to your appointment alone as we are limited to numbers in our space and are still respecting social distancing laws

  • Please notify us should you experience any symptoms of COVID to cancel your appointment prior

  • Please notify us should you test positive to COVID both before and after your appointment with us

  • All deposits are valid for 12 months from issue date and must be used in the one appointment

  • Past Covid deposits cannot be partially used

  • If you wish to rebook or book an appointment with us during these unprecedented times, please note that your deposit will be forfeited, should you have to cancel your event due to feeling unwell. Our original booking policies, provided to you upon original booking still stands. Unfortunately we cannot continue to loose deposit payments

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule your wedding due to recent government announcements, your deposit will be credited toward your next agreed date with us & will be valid for 12 months from issue date

  • If you are rescheduling your bridal booking, please note that our no refund policy still stands, we will do our best to accommodate you on your preferred date but may have to adjust our start times to suit you and our other bookings, if your preferred artist is not available we will have one of our other talents artists at Tahlia Jayde available for you
